There for every step 

/ Sifton Properties 100 year celebration campaign

The aim for this project was to create a campaign based on the idea of “100 steps forward” to celebrate the centennial anniversary of London Ontario based property developer Sifton Properties. We wanted to capture the spirit of how Sifton sees their customers, that they are not just building houses but communities and homes that see every stage of a person’s life.

The final concept shows a number of images arranged in a paving stone path. They are shot in a point of view perspective, looking down at people’s feet as they experience milestones in their lives; first job, pregnancy, retirement, etc. This speaks to the fact that Sifton is celebrating it’s 100 year anniversary but in doing so they are celebrating all the moments, or steps, that have been had by people living in their homes and communities during that time. The directionality of the feet and path facing upward also speaks to forward progress and what comes next for Sifton in the next 100 years.

 
 
 


 
 

Going Digital 

Along with the print campaign that was run to promote the anniversary, we also developed a cohesive social and digital campaign to drive awareness of the festivities.

We also developed an event hub website to allow potential visitors, as well as company employees to find out about events. celebration initiatives, contests and company history. This included a side scrolling timeline, again utilizing the diamond paving stone shapes to house the images.
